Subfloor Basements & Interior Concrete Waterproofing

We specialize in waterproofing subfloor basements and interior concrete walls or floors, ensuring your space remains dry and protected from moisture intrusion.

Our process begins with a thorough assessment, including the removal of gib and skirtings to inspect the extent of damage. We then apply high-alumina cement water plug to stop any active leaks, followed by a quick-setting, fiber-reinforced, shrinkage-compensated thixotropic cementitious mortar to form a secure cove between floors and walls.

To reinforce weak points, particularly internal corners, we install a fiberglass bandage before applying our two-pot epoxy system, creating a fully sealed and waterproof barrier. Our trusted builders can assess framing and structural integrity before work begins, ensuring a solid foundation for waterproofing. Once complete, we can reinstall gib, carry out gib stopping, painting, and skirting installation—delivering a fully finished space with lasting protection and peace of mind.
